Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing us at ashish@ashishgautam.in with your order details and reason for the request.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Refunds are not granted simply due to a change of mind or failure to download/access the product.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances and usage data of the product.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- If the product was accessed/downloaded but not fully used.
- If there are clear signs of use that prevent full resale or digital license transfer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at ashish@ashishgautam.in.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted rate or on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer exchanges. If you experience issues accessing the product or believe it is defective, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Gift credits or access can be discussed upon request.
